FAQ

How can I join INNODEX?

INNODEX supports two ways of registration.

1. Sign up using a personal wallet

For signing up using a personal wallet, you need to select [LOGIN] at the top right corner of the screen on PC or 'Enter' icon on mobile, and then proceed step by step by selecting [CONNECT WALLET] in the 'Sign Up' window.

> Currently, only MetaMask is supported, but other wallets will be added through future updates.

2. Sign up using an email address

On PC, select [LOGIN] on the top right corner of the screen or on mobile, select the 'Enter' icon, then on the 'Sign Up' window, enter your personal email address that you will be using and select [Submit] to proceed step by step.

> We recommend using email services such as gmail.com that support global services for email accounts.

※ When you sign up, please make sure to keep your private key in a safe place. INNODEX does not keep your private key and if it is lost, you will not be able to log in or use the service.

Are 'wallet connection' and 'email connection' are separate accounts?

Yes, connecting to a "cryptocurrency wallet" such as a metamask and logging in through an "email" are not linked to each other with their respective accounts. Please refer to it when you use it

Is it possible to recover a lost private key issued at the time of registration?

INNODEX being a hybrid decentralized exchange does not store the user's private key separately. Therefore, in case of a private key loss, it cannot be recovered or reissued.

If you lose your 'Private key', you will not be able to log in, and therefore, you will not be able to find the assets stored in your INNODEX internal wallet (personal).

To avoid the risk of losing personal 'Private key' and in turn, the loss of assets, please make sure to keep it stored in a secure place and prioritize security.

How do I make trades?

1. INNODEX supports trading for coins and tokens that can be transferred to (deposited) the INNODEX internal Ethereum or Solana wallet that is automatically issued upon registration.

※ The INNODEX Ethereum and Solana personal wallet addresses can be checked using the following method.

> PC : Can be found in the [Wallet] menu at the top or in the [Wallet] menu on My page

> Mobile : Available in the [Wallet] menu below

2. Depending on the chain you sent, please select 'E-Trade' for Ethereum and 'S-Trade' for Solana from the top menu.

> E-Trade : You can trade ETH into USDT(ETH) pairs.

> S-Trade : You can trade SOL into USDT(SOL) pairs.

3. Select the stock you want to trade on the 'Coin List' page, then select 'Order type' from the order window to trade INNODEX.

[Important! Please maintain a sufficient balance of the deposit to ensure smooth trading and synchronization (proof of balance) at all times.]

What kind of assets can be traded on INNODEX?

INNODEX provides multi-chain trading of Ethereum and Solana by default.

1. Tradable assets as of March 30, 2023.

- EHT Pair : NVIR, LINK, MANA

- USDT(ETH) Pair : ETH, NVIR, LINK, MANA

2. Additional listings on April 5th, 2023.

- INNODEX is planning to add a total of 30 new tokens based on the Ethereum blockchain, including WBTC, MATIC, SHIB, ATOM, and others.

- USDT(SOL) Pair : SOL

3. Additional listings on April 11th, 2023

- 10 new tokens based on the Solana chain will be added, including WBTC, MATIC, LINK, and others.

There is no separate review process to add trading pairs like centralized exchanges do, but as a hybrid exchange that combines centralized and decentralized features to incorporate the advantages of both, INNODEX requires additional work to add trading pairs. This is because it needs to apply both centralized and decentralized functions, such as various trading types and gas fees, to its service.

If you have a desired trading pair that is not currently available on INNODEX, you can submit a listing request through the following link and we will review it.

> Requesting desired trading pair :

※ Requesting a new trading pair is not a listing request, and it does not guarantee that the asset will be added to INNODEX.

What are the transaction fees on INNODEX?

Starting from May 1st, the transaction fees that apply on INNODEX are as follows:

1. Maker: 0.01%

Orders that partially or fully fill the order book, such as limit orders, are considered “Maker“ orders.

2. Taker: 0.01%

Orders that are immediately executed at the market price remove liquidity from the order book, so they are considered “Taker“ orders, and they also include IOC and FOK orders.

※ transaction fees : platform service fees for using the INNODEX platform, not gas fees incurred during on-chain transactions.

INNODEX is a decentralized exchange, but there is no transaction gas fee?

INNODEX is a hybrid decentralized exchange that is based on decentralization by default, but it also provides a unique service of gas fee-free trading by combining S2K L2 + Stay Pending technology. This technology allows INNODEX to maintain the benefits of decentralized distributed transactions on blockchain while providing a more user-friendly experience that is closer to centralization. Users can trade without paying gas fees for each transaction, and instead, they only need to pay a small gas fee once a day for asset synchronization. This gas fee for synchronization is charged only once a day at a designated time, regardless of the number of transactions made.

INNODEX withdrawal fees, how much are they?

1. General withdrawal

For "general withdrawal", which is available after synchronization, the withdrawal fee is free, and the network (on-chain) gas fee required for transfer is charged separately.

1-1) When you request a withdrawal after synchronization, the withdrawal amount and network gas fee deposit required for transfer will be deducted from your INNODEX internal wallet first.

1-2) At the next synchronization, the actual withdrawal will be processed, and the withdrawal amount will be transferred to the wallet address you entered.

1-3) At the next synchronization after that, the remaining amount after deducting the actual network gas fee from the network gas fee deposit will be refunded to your INNODEX internal wallet.

※ It may take 1-2 days for the actual withdrawal after requesting a general withdrawal.

※ However, during April, 'general' withdrawals will be updated to be processed immediately after synchronization.

2. Instant withdrawal fee is discounted to $2 for all coins for the month of April! (2$ is converted into the market price of each coin to set a commission)

Starting from May, 'instant withdrawal fee 15$' and network gas fees (either Ethereum or Solana) will be charged separately. The requested withdrawal will be processed instantly, but delays may occur on the Ethereum or Solana network independent of INNODEX.
※ Instant withdrawal fees are subject to change.

General Withdrawals precautions

※ Precautions when applying for "General Withdrawal"!

1. Please always maintain your wallet balance for normal synchronization (asset proof) and withdrawal process.

* Minimum balance to maintain for gas fee during synchronization and withdrawal: 0.006 ETH for Ethereum network and 0.00005 SOL for Solana network.

* If the minimum balance is not maintained, synchronization and withdrawals will not be processed.
(In the case of ETH, after 0.006 ETH is captured as a deposit, the remaining amount excluding gas expenses used in the deposit will be refunded to the wallet after synchronization and withdrawal have actually been made.)

* The synchronization gas fee is a network fee generated by the Ethereum or Solana blockchain, not by INNODEX.

2. The withdrawal proceeds normally at the time of the next synchronization, unless the 'holding asset figure' synchronized to 'withdrawal complete' does not change through the transaction. If the synchronized 'holding asset figure' changes before withdrawal is completed, withdrawal may be delayed.

* The synchronization and withdrawal fees/gas fees being deducted do not count as a change in the asset balance. (Only the asset balance changed through trading is applicable.)

* If there is a change in the asset balance, the withdrawal will be processed at the next synchronization point after the changed balance has been synchronized.

What is synchronization?

INNODEX's synchronization refers to recording the user's assets held in their 'My Private Wallet' within the INNODEX exchange onto the blockchain (on-chain) once a day.

Through INNODEX's unique technology, users can trade without paying gas fees for each transaction. Instead, a gas fee as network fee is charged once a day to synchronize the assets that have changed after the trades. This synchronization gas fee is charged once a day at a designated time, regardless of the number of trades conducted.

After synchronization, users can transparently verify their assets held in their internal private wallet used in the INNODEX on EtherScan or SolScan.

※ A synchronization gas fee is incurred once a day.

※ Every day, synchronization is performed based on GMT 8.

※ However, if there is no change in the amount of my held assets, no synchronization gas fee will be incurred.

※ If the amount of my held assets has increased since the last synchronization, no synchronization gas fee will be incurred. If the amount has decreased, a synchronization gas fee will be incurred.

※ When the synchronization gas fee is incurred, the deposit is deducted first, and the remaining amount excluding the actual incurred synchronization gas fee is refunded at the next synchronization.

※ If there is an insufficient balance, synchronization and withdrawal will not proceed.

When does synchronization for asset proof take place?

Synchronization for proof of assets takes place once a day at 8:00 GMT.

After synchronization, you can check your assets transparently by searching for your wallet address used in the INNODEX on Etherscan or Solscan.

※ INNODEX Ethereum and Solana personal wallet addresses can be checked as follows:

> PC : Can be checked on the [Wallet] menu at the top or in the [Wallet] menu in My Page

> Mobile : Can be checked on the [Wallet] menu at the bottom

Is there a way to know if it has been synchronized?

Synchronization for proof of assets takes place once a day at 8:00 GMT.

The method to determine whether synchronization has occurred is very simple.

To check the synchronization status on INNODEX, simply connect your wallet or email and check the color of the circle border around the user icon in the top right corner.
